3. License and Permitted Use

Zellvoo Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for which you have paid the required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, or otherwise transfer or use any content unless Zellvoo Academy gives you explicit permission in a written agreement.

• Course Availability: We reserve the right to revise, update, or discontinue any course or content at our sole discretion. Access to a course is licensed for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

4. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds

• Pricing: Prices for courses and subscriptions are set by Zellvoo Academy and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment: You agree to pay the fees for courses you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees.

• Refunds: All refund requests are governed by the specific Zellvoo Academy Refund Policy available on the platform, which is incorporated into these T&C by reference.

5. User Conduct and Content

You may not use the Services to:

• Post Prohibited Content: Upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or hateful.

• Harm Minors: Solicit personal information from children under 18 or harm them in any way.

• Spam or Phishing: Engage in spamming, phish for user information, or conduct any fraudulent activity.

• Interference: Interfere with or disrupt the access of any user, host, or network, including sending viruses or overloading, flooding, or mail-bombing the Services.

Zellvoo Academy reserves the right to remove any user-generated content or terminate an account that violates these T&C.

6. Intellectual Property (IP)

All course content, videos, exercises, code, logos, and trademarks (the “Zellvoo IP”) displayed on the Services are the proprietary property of Zellvoo Academy or its licensors. You acquire no rights in the Zellvoo IP other than the limited access license granted in Section 3. Any use of Zellvoo IP not expressly permitted by these T&C is a breach of this Agreement and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services and all included content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.

• No Guarantee: Zellvoo Academy does not guarantee that your use of the Services will result in specific employment outcomes, passing certifications, or any particular level of proficiency.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zellvoo Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising out of or in connection with these T&C or your use of the Services. The total liability of Zellvoo Academy for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Zellvoo Academy for the course or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
